Decks and legs are manually loaded into the magazines. The machine then automatically nails the legs to the decks, and the finished pallets are manually pushed out from the rear of the machine. Operation starts with the push of a button.
Pallet size and design settings can be adjusted in just a few minutes on all Mychrome machines.
Mychrome also offers a range of additional machines that can easily be integrated with existing equipment to create a longer production line with more automated stages. Even with added machinery, full flexibility in pallet size and design is maintained.

Assembly machine SMS-1500
Semi-or fully-automated assembly machine for pallets.
The SMS-1500 assembly machine is designed to form a complete production line together with the deck and leg machines in the 1500 series.
Pallet decks and legs are fed either manually or automatically. The components are precisely positioned and then automatically nailed together to form finished pallets.
The width of the channels can be adjusted automatically. The SMS-1500 is equipped with a motorized adjustment system, allowing pallet size and design settings to be changed in just a few minutes. This flexibility is a standard feature across all Mychrome machines.
