The roots of Mychrome trace back to Mikael Piispanen’s metal workshop, where it all began many years ago. Over time, all four of his sons followed in his footsteps, and today they jointly lead and manage the company, carrying forward the family tradition.
Originally operating under the name Mikrometalli, the company worked for many years as a subcontractor in the metal industry, providing specialized manufacturing services for other businesses. In 2018, the company acquired the brand and production rights for pallet nailing machines, marking a significant turning point in its history. Combining years of craftsmanship, technical expertise, and innovation, the company embarked on a new chapter, evolving into a leading name in the pallet nailing machine industry. This transformation gave birth to Mychrome – a company rooted in family legacy and driven by a passion for precision engineering.
