Kombi-Flex R-1000
Semi-automated nailing machine for production of complete pallets in to steps.
Blocks and leg boards are loaded manually into the left fixture, while the machine automatically nails them together. The finished legs are then moved by hand to the right fixture, where deck boards are manually placed on top and nailed automatically. Both fixtures operate simultaneously. The machine is started with the push of a button, and completed pallets are manually removed from the back.
Pallet size and design can be changed in just a few minutes on all Mychrome machines.
Mychrome also offers additional machinery that can be easily connected to existing machines, creating a longer production line with more automated stages. Even with these additions, pallet size and design remain fully adjustable.

Stringer boards and deck boards are manually fed into the fixture. The machine nails pallets together automatically. The machine starts by a push of a button and the finished pallets are automatically pushed out on the back of the machine.
