Leg Machine OM-1000

Semi-automated nailing machine for pallet legs.

The magazines are manually loaded with blocks and boards, after which the machine automatically nails the components together. The machine is equipped with three block channels and one magazine for boards.

The OM-1000 makes it easy to produce different types of pallet legs. The machine features three channels for block insertion. The cassettes in these channels can be changed to accommodate different block sizes and are quick and easy to adjust.

Mychrome also offers a range of additional machines that can be easily integrated with existing equipment to create a longer production line with increased automation. Even with added machinery, flexibility in pallet design and size is maintained.

Blocks are automatically supplied via a conveyor, while boards are loaded from a magazine. The conveyor transports the blocks to the nailing station, where the machine precisely positions both blocks and boards for the nailing process.

The machine allows for straightforward production of pallet legs in a wide range of sizes. Adjustments for different configurations are quick and smooth. Both leg dimensions and design settings can be changed within minutes on all Mychrome machines.

Leg Machine OM-2500HYD

Semi- or fully-automated nailing machine for pallet legs used in extra large pallets.

The OM-2500HYD is perfectly suited for the industrial production of pallet legs for extra-large pallets.

The machine is equipped with two magazines for leg boards and five channels for blocks, which are transported by two infeed conveyors. Leg boards and blocks are fed manually; however, with the addition of an optional unit, the machine can also be loaded automatically. The leg boards and blocks are automatically positioned correctly and nailed together by a hydraulic nailing system.

Pallet size and design can be changed in just a few minutes. The OM-2500HYD combines professional precision with a user-friendly setup, allowing pallet dimensions to be adjusted easily and quickly.
