Optimizing block cutter OKKR-1000

Automated machine for cutting pallet leg blocks. Maximum raw material length is 3 meters.

The machine is suitable for all types of pallet block production. The OKKR-1000 can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a production line. It is available in both left and right configurations.

Block material is automatically fed into the machine via the infeed conveyor, where it is cut to the preset lengths. The OKKR-1000 can be programmed to produce multiple block lengths from a single piece of material. The maximum length of material that can be fed into the machine is 3 meters.

Chamfering machine MFR

The high-speed cutters chamfer the edges of the leg boards. The operator loads the boards into a cassette. Once chamfered, the boards are collected in a magazine. The MFR is designed for small-scale pallet production.

Chamfering machine MFRA

Fully-automated chamfering machine for ready-made pallets.

The MFRA is a high-efficiency machine, designed for chamfering complete pallets in a wide range of sizes.

The cutters automatically adjust to the pallet width, allowing pallets with leg widths from 75 to 150 mm to be chamfered.

The MFRA is typically used in an after-treatment line, for example downstream of the R-1000 or SMS-1500.The wheels press the pallet down against the toothed chains, which convey the pallet through six high-speed cutters. Motorized size adjustments make pallet setup quick and effortless. The chamfering units are easy to remove, ensuring simple maintenance and servicing.

Corner cutting machine HKR

Fully automated in-line machine for cutting pallet corners.

HKR is a highly efficient machine, designed for cutting the corners of ready-made pallets in various sizes. It is typically used downstream of machines such as the R-1000 or SMS-150.

The pallet is automatically positioned and stopped for precise cutting of the front corners using high-speed blades. The chain conveyor then transfers the pallet to a second station, where the rear corners are cut. The machine can be easily adjusted to accommodate different pallet sizes.

Branding machine BMRA

Fully automated in-line machine for quick and precise branding on pallets.

BMRA is a fast and well-designed machine with easily adjustable components. Both the heating temperature and branding time can be precisely adjusted to achieve optimal results on all types of pallet materials.

The settings for each specific pallet material, as well as the positioning of the branding, are set manually. The branding can include an EUR mark or other text or logos. The pallet can be branded in 2, 4, or 6 positions simultaneously, and the machine can be easily fine-tuned to ensure accurate and consistent marking.

BMRA is typically used in line after machines such as R-1000 or SMS-1500.

Pallet turner ROT

ROT is an in-line machine that rotates and transfers pallets or decks between stations in a production line.

ROT automatically lifts pallets or decks from a conveyor belt, rotates them, and transfers them to the next conveyor belt or processing station. The machine can also be used together with the PSR Pallet Stacker to create nested stacks.

Pallet stacking machine PSR

PSR is easy to use and can be quickly adjusted to accommodate different pallet sizes. The machine stacks pallets safely and accurately, creating stable stacks ready for loading or storage. PSR is installed at the end of the production line.

PSR lifts the stack using two lifting arms, while a chain conveyor feeds a new pallet or deck underneath the stack.

Tower stacker TSR

Fully automated stacking machine designed for tight spaces.

The machine is designed for pallet stacking. Pallets are placed by the operator onto the conveyor chains, which transport them to the stacking station where the TSR performs the stacking operation. Pallets can also be fed automatically from another after-treatment machine.

Once ready, the pallets are picked up and stacked by the tower stacker. The completed pallet stacks are then either removed manually by the operator or transferred onward via a chain conveyor.

Press block feeder PBF

The Press Block Feeder is a reliable solution for unloading composite pallet blocks used in pallet leg production. It can simultaneously unload blocks from two pallets onto one or two conveyors. Like Mychrome’s other gantry robots, the PBF is user-friendly and features a consistent interface across all Mychrome equipment. The grip sheet is automatically removed and deposited into a waste container.
