Deck boards and stringers can be fed into the machine either manually or automatically. The stringers are fed from the rear of the machine, while the deck boards are supplied via a side infeed conveyor. Before nailing, the boards are automatically positioned with high accuracy. The machine is equipped with deck board magazines, a conveyor belt, and an integrated nailing system.
The REM-2000 allows the production of single-sided stringer pallets with 2–5 stringer boards. Adjustments to the stringer board channels take only a few minutes. Pallet size and design settings can be quickly modified on all Mychrome machines. By adding the UBM-2000, the REM-2000 can be upgraded to a double-sided stringer pallet solution.
Mychrome also offers a range of additional machines that can be easily integrated with existing equipment to create a more automated production line. Even with added machinery, full flexibility in pallet size and design is maintained.

Under board nailing machine UBM-2000
Fully-automated nailing machine for under boards on stringer pallets.
Two adjustable channels transport the stringer boards into the machine and position them accurately. The machine then nails the stringer boards to the underside of the stringer pallets.
The UBM-2000 is designed to operate in line with the REM-2000 deck nailing machine. The decks are turned upside down by an additional unit, the FLP turner, and are automatically fed into the UBM-2000, where underboards are attached to the stringer boards.
